The get fit slowly post mentioning the food diary can be found here.
Videos have been taped a week ahead of time so that an unexpected event doesn't stop us from posting a new video every monday. Unfortunately this has resulted in videos which are a bit more dated than would be preferred.
Starting next week we're getting rid of this buffer to make the show more timely and relevant.
PS I want cake.

Peanut butter. Peanut butter on anything. Peanut butter on everything.
I journal too, when I am really sticking to my commitment to eat right, I find that journaling really helps. But as soon as I fall off the wagon, that’s the first thing to go. I use fitday.com, mainly because it’s free. I just wish I could flip a switch and never decide to crawl back into my rotten eating habits. I already lost a whole organ over eating poorly, you’d think I’d learn from that.
Just because I am an exhibitionist, here’s the link to my fitday journal. Yes, I am a weight loss whore. But you can see the huge lapse between entries from April to now. I had been going great guns and then just sank into the abyss of peanut butter.

All things sweet = my downfall.
Which is why I’m 20 pounds overweight.
And yes, I find you’re format to be untimely and not relevant to my fast paced lifestyle, which is why I am giddy with excitement every Monday morning to see the latest post. Seriously, if you hadn’t said anything, I never would have known. =)
Cookies. Particular Keebler Fudge sandwich cookies. And someone has brought Keebler Fudge double stuffed sandwich cookies into the house, which is clearly not cool.
Journaling so far has been the only thing that has worked for me. I really should look back into that.
@Janb
fitday looks cool, but I’ve hesitated joining an online food journal sight just because it can be difficult to get to a website. An iPhone/blackberry app would fix this nicely. But then I’d have to pay for an iPhone/blackberry and a data plan, which would make me thinner in the wrong area….
@ Fooled.
That sounds delicious. Also there’s dark chocolate COVERED Oreos at Trader Joe’s. I forget the real name, but I’m pretty sure it’s Krypto-something ;)
@ Red
Get a haircut you slob.
Yeah, I’m kind of afraid to buy most of the sweet and baked things at Trader Joe’s because I’ll eat whatever it is in one sitting and become addicted and talk myself into going back the next day to buy more mini peanut butter cups whatever it is and start the cycle over again. I’ve seen those cookies and usually turn my head really quickly.
Food weakness? EVERYTHING!!
